K's Naked Truth

The K College quad is known for its appeal to the naked. In spring quarter of each year, the naked come flocking out of the darkness, ready to run. They gather in front of the chapel, and with a roar, fly down the grassy hill to the sign in front of Hoben. It is a ritual of liberation, a ritual of joy.

Kalamazoo College was recently recognized for its personalized and detailed acceptance and rejection letters. The school is known for drawing from students’ essays and letters of recommendations when informing applicants of their admissions decision.

Obama Appoints K Alum Director of AIDS Policy

On Feb. 26, President Obama named Jeff Crowley K '88 Director of the Office of National AIDS Policy (ONAP). Crowley graduated from Kalamazoo College with a Bachelors degree in Chemistry, and received his Masters in Public Health from the Johns Hopkins University School of Hygiene and Public Health.
